§ 151.30 AUTHORITY.
   All maintenance, repair, alteration, cutting of, construction and reconstruction of public streets, alleys, curbs, sidewalks and all other public ways, shall be under the supervision of the Town Council, and/or its duly constituted agent, the Town Street Superintendent.
