In the event any such person, business, corporation or other entity shall fail to comply with the posting of such surety bond in the principal sum of $10,000, to assure compliance with §§ 151.30 through 151.36 of this code, permits as are provided for in § 151.32 of this code shall not be issued until compliance is had.
