§ 151.36 PERMIT FEE.
   Before any such intended work is started, the applicant shall pay to the Town Clerk-Treasurer a permit fee of $25 per first 50 square feet of the cut and an additional $1 for each square foot of cut thereafter. In addition, there shall be an inspection fee in the amount of $25 per street cut.
