§ 151.38 FEES AND BOND REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION.
   Any person, business, corporation or other entity, other than public or private utilities, which shall make application for a permit to cut, construct, reconstruct or lay any pavement on any public street, alley, curb, sidewalk or other public way, or to repair the same, or alter the same, shall be obligated to make application and to pay the stated permit fee as set out in § 151.36 of this code and the inspection fee of $25 as stated in § 151.36 of this code. Such person, business, corporation or other entity shall also be obligated to file with the Town Clerk-Treasurer a corporate surety bond in the principal sum of $10,000, as assurance to the Board of Trustees that each of such person, business, corporation or other entity shall fully comply with the provisions of §§ 151.30 through 151.36 of this code as to construction, maintenance, repair, alterations, cutting of, construction or reconstruction of public streets and alleys within the town.
