(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Violations of § 90.01 of this code shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 per violation. The town also reserves the right to take such other action as is necessary to terminate any existing violation including injunctive relief and other civil remedies available and the town having the right to pursue all remedies available with no remedy deemed to be the exclusive remedy.
(2) Any person, individual, firm, legal entity, association or corporation found guilty of a violation of § 90.01 of this code is advised that each day the violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense.
(2) A violation of § 90.16 of this code shall be subject to a fine of $50 up to $500, along with court costs.
(3) A violation of § 90.17 of this code shall be subject to a fine of $50 up to $500, along with court costs based upon prior violations and circumstance as determined by the Town Court.
(4) A violation of § 90.18 of this code shall be subject to a fine of $50 up to $500 along with court costs.
(5) Any person violating § 90.20 of this code shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500.
(6) Any person violating § 90.21 of this code shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500 along with court costs.
(7) Any person violating § 90.22 of this code shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500 along with court costs.
(D) If any of the conditions ordered by a Judge pursuant to § 90.38(B)(1) through (B)(13) of this code are not complied with, the owner shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000.
