(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violators of § 70.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to punishment as set forth in the state code.

(C) A violation of any speed limit set forth in § 70.03 is an infraction, as defined by the state code, and the fines and penalties adopted for a speeding infraction under state code shall be applicable for violation of § 70.03. In the event such fines and penalties are not applicable for any reason, then the fine shall be $50 plus cost.

(D) Violations of § 70.04 shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.

(E) Violations of § 70.05 shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.
