§ 70.05 VEHICLES ON CITY LANDS.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      IMPROVED PARKING OR ROADWAYS. The parking areas and roadways located on city properties which are improved and maintained by the city, other than dedicated city streets and alleys, including, but not limited to, golf courses, cemeteries, City Hall, parks and other recreational areas.
      PERSON. Every natural person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation.
      VEHICLE. Every device by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway.
   (B)   Restrictions.
      (1)   Parking or travel of a vehicle on city property is restricted to improved parking areas or improved roadways.
      (2)   It is unlawful for any person to park or operate a vehicle on city properties in unimproved parking areas or roadways unless authorized by the city.
