Section 9.02 Police and Fire Protection.

The Council shall provide for police and fire protection adequate to the needs of the Municipality to be administered by the Village Manager in accordance with the directives of Council and, in areas where Council has not acted, in accordance with general laws of Ohio. The Council may provide for auxiliary police.
