§ 32.011 AMENDMENTS.

   This subchapter may be amended as recommended by the majority vote of the existing membership of the Planning Commission and only after majority vote of the City Council.

§ 32.012 COMPENSATION.

   Compensation of members of the Commission shall be as set forth in city code for fee schedule.

LIBRARY BOARD

§ 32.025 APPOINTMENT.

   (A)   There is hereby created and established a Library Board pursuant to M.S. Ch. 134, as it may be amended from time to time, and laws amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto. The Board shall consist of five members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.

   (B)   The Board shall consist of no more than one member who is not a resident of the city and no more than one member of the City Council.

§ 32.026 TERMS.

   (A)   Two members shall hold office until December 31, 1981, two members shall hold office until December 31, 1982, and one member shall hold office until December 31, 1983.

   (B)   Annually thereafter, appointments shall be for the term of three years.

§ 32.027 REMOVAL OF DIRECTORS.

   The Mayor, with the approval of the City Council, may remove any member of the Library Board for misconduct or neglect of duty.

§ 32.028 VACANCIES.

   Vacancies in the Board shall be filled by an appointment by the Mayor with City Council approval. Any Board member so appointed shall serve the remaining term of the vacated Board member.
