(1) For a first offense, $100 plus court costs;
(2) For second or subsequent violations, $200 plus court costs.
(B) Each day any violation continues shall be a separate offense.
(C) The city may also bring any other civil action available at law, including an action for injunctive relief.
(D) Any person or entity violating § 93.60, or who knowingly allows an individual to commit a violation of § 93.60 if the violation is committed on th property under the person's or entity's control, shall be subject to a fine in the sum of $2,500, and $7,500 for any subsequent violation. Such fine shall be in addition to any penalties set forth in IC § 22-11-14.5. Each day any violation of § 93.60 continues shall be a separate offense.
