§ 93.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BARBECUE PIT OR GRILL. A stationary or portable device, with either electric, gas or charcoal fuel, used exclusively for the preparation of food.
   BURNING. To be on fire, to give forth light and heat during combustion, or to be charred or scorched by action of fire or heat.
   CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. Any remnants of the demolition or remodeling of a structure or improvement of any kind originally situated on real property, including but not limited, to wood products and any other flammable product.
   GARBAGE. Food wastes, but not limited to, fruit, vegetables, meat, cooking greases, dried cereal, bread, beverages, and semisolid waste resulting from processing, handling, preparation and cooking of dead animals, animal waste and similar material.
   PROHIBIT. To stop or prevent.
   RUBBISH. Any substance that is not readily combustible, including but not limited to, rubber, oily liquids, cloth, plastics, glass, metal, aluminum, leather and similar material.
   TRASH. Something readily flammable that would not emit toxic or offensive substances or would emit them in quantities too small to be annoying or dangerous to health or safety.
   YARD WASTE. Leaves, grass, weeds, brush, tree limbs, shrubbery trimmings or similar material.
