§ 112.48 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall keep or display for operating or patronage by the public within this city, any video gaming terminal without having first obtained a license therefor from the city, through the City Clerk, and said license shall be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises, and such posted license may include more than 1 device on such licensed premises. It shall be a prerequisite to any license from the city that the person keeping the video gaming terminal have a valid license from the State of Illinois for each such video gaming terminal and the loss or suspension of any such license by the state shall automatically result in the same status for the license issued hereunder, without refund of any license fee. Pursuant to state regulation, the city, through the City Clerk shall also report to the State of Illinois any discipline or change in status of any video gaming licenses issued hereunder.
