No person shall keep or display for operating or patronage by the public within this city, any said coin-in-the-slot amusement device without having first obtained a written license therefor from the City Clerk, which license shall be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises, and such posted license may include more than 1 device on such licensed premises.
