§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any violation of §§ 93.15 through 93.21 shall be punished by a fine of at least $100, but not to exceed $750. Each day that the violation of this subchapter shall continue shall be deemed to be a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm, associate, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 93.30 through 93.35 shall be fined under the following schedule. Each day that a violation is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense and a single citation may seek fines for each day a violation exists.
