§ 93.30 PUBLIC NUISANCE DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC NUISANCE. Any act, conduct, omission, occupation, thing, condition, or use of property which shall continue for such a length of time as to:
      (1)   Substantially annoy, injure, or endanger the comfort, health, safety, or repose of residents of the city either individually or collectively;
      (2)   Greatly offend the public morals or decency; or
      (3)   Unlawfully or substantially interfere with, obstruct or tend to obstruct, or render dangerous for passage any street, alley, highway, laned roadway, or sidewalk.
