§ 10.24.030 VEHICLES SUBJECT TO PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE.
   Section 10.24.010 shall not apply to any vehicle which is subject to the provisions of Cal. Public Utilities Code §§ 1031 to 1036, inclusive.
