§ 9.58.010 PROHIBITED CONDUCT.
   No person shall disrobe, bathe or shave oneself or launder clothing in any rest room owned or operated by the city for the use of the public.

§ 9.58.020 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings given in this section:
   BATHE. Washing parts of one's body other than one's hands, forearms and face.
   DISROBE. The removal of any garment other than outer garments that are ordinarily removed for washing one's hands, forearms and face.
   LAUNDER CLOTHING. Washing or rinsing any garment in a rest room sink or toilet facility.
   SHAVE. Cutting off hair or beard close to the skin with razors or similar implements.

§ 9.58.030 NOTICE.
   The regulations imposed by this chapter shall not be effective in a rest room until a sign giving notice of such restrictions is posted in the rest room.
