§ 6.32.030 DISPOSAL OF DEAD ANIMALS.
   (A)   Every person who has the ownership, custody or control of any animal that dies anywhere within the city shall forthwith cause said animal to be disposed of in the manner provided in Chapters 8.04 and 8.12 of this code.
   (B)   Any household pet may be disposed of by the Animal Control Officer; provided, that the owner or person having custody or control of the household pet shall first pay the requisite fee therefor. The fee for disposal of household pets shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
