§ 5.88.050 EQUIPMENT.
   This requirement shall include, but not be limited to keeping all mobile vendor vehicles free from graffiti and regularly painted, ensuring that mobile vendor vehicles do not leak fluids, and providing upon request proof of a safety check per guidelines consistent with the California Highway Patrol Standards.
