§ 5.64.040 INSPECTION BY POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   All goods, products and merchandise offered for sale at a patio, garage and/or yard sale shall be made available to inspection at the place where the sale is to be conducted by any representative of the Police Department, and if requested by the representative, the person conducting the sale shall establish his title to the goods, products and merchandise offered for sale.
