§ 5.28.020 LICENSE—CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE—TERMS.
Any organization conducting a bingo game shall obtain from the city, after hearing before the City Council, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, a license permitting the licensee to conduct a bingo game on the following terms and conditions:
   (A)   The fee for said license shall be $50 per annum, or $25 per day.
   (B)   The applicant shall furnish the city with such information as is reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, and as more specifically set forth in an application which shall be promulgated by the City Clerk of the city, who shall be responsible for the issuance of said license. Such application shall contain the condition that only one event per week shall be conducted by a particular organization, and the requirement that no game shall continue beyond 12:00 midnight.
   (C)   If any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is determined and found after hearing before the City Council, such finding and determination shall constitute grounds for revocation of a license to conduct a bingo game, and shall further constitute grounds for the denial to the applicant or licensee of any future license to conduct additional bingo games within the city.
   (D)   All licenses shall expire at 12:00 midnight, December 31 of the calendar year in which such license was issued.
   (E)   No person shall be allowed to participate in any bingo game conducted pursuant to this chapter unless the person is physically present at the time and place in which the bingo game is being conducted.
   (F)   No alcoholic beverage may be sold, given away or consumed in the same room as the games are conducted.
   (G)   The total value of prizes awarded during the conduct of any bingo game shall not exceed $250 in cash or kind, or both, for each separate game which is held.
