§ 3.26.010 PURPOSE.

   This chapter is intended to establish informal bidding procedures for certain public projects, as defined herein, subject to regulations that are consistent with the requirements of the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (Public Contracts Code § 22000 et seq.) (“the Act”).
