§ 73.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Every person convicted of a violation of any provisions of §§ 73.01 through 73.12 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1 or more than $10 or by the removal and detention of the license plate from that person's bicycle for a period not to exceed 30 days, or by impoundment of the person's bicycle for a like period or any combination thereof.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 73.42 and 73.44, or any subsequent amendment thereto, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined for each such violation any sum not exceeding $100 for any such offense.
