§ 73.08 ATTACHING TO VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person riding upon any bicycle shall attach the bicycle or himself or herself to any vehicle upon the roadway.
   (B)   Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, sled, roller skates, motor scooter, or any toy vehicle shall not attach it or himself or herself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway.
