§ 96.03 PROHIBITED NOISE AND DUTY TO PREVENT SUCH NOISE.

(A) No person shall create a noise that violates §§ 96.04, 96.05, 96.06, or 96.07 unless such noise is specifically exempt from this chapter under § 96.06.

(B) It shall be the duty of each owner, occupant, manager, agent or operator of any property, structure, motor vehicle, and business in the town to take reasonable steps to prevent such noise and to prevent persons using property under their control from violating this chapter.

(C) The enumeration of particular noises as offenses shall not be deemed to be exclusive, nor as limiting the general application of this chapter.
