§ 95.03 PRIVATE COLLECTION RESTRICTED.

No person, firm, or corporation shall collect and dispose of any refuse from any residence, citizens, or business establishment in the town for pay or any other consideration; or make any effort to do so without first obtaining the written approval of the Board of Trustees.
