§ 95.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a punishable offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum of not more than $10. Each unauthorized collection from any resident, citizen, or business establishment of the town, and each attempted solicitation to collect such refuse for pay shall be a separate offense.
