§ 92.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.

(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 92.06(B), upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $10. (Ord. 418, passed - - )
