§ 92.06 POSTING NOTICES; DISTRIBUTING HANDBILLS.
   (A)   No person shall post or affix any notice, poster, or other paper or device which is calculated to attract the attention of the public, to any lamp post, public utility pole, or shade tree, or upon any public structure or building, except as may be authorized by law.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute, cast, throw, or place in, upon, or along any of the streets, alleys, or public places of the town, any handbills, pamphlets, circulars, books, or advertisement, for the purpose or with the intent of advertising or making known in a general or promiscuous manner any occupation, profession, medical treatment, medicines, or anything whatever.
