§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.01 or 91.02 shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $35.50.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 91.10 through 91.15 shall be subject to a fine of $50. Each day such violation is permitted to continue may be deemed to constitute a separate offense. Funds received from penalties paid pursuant to §§ 91.10 through 91.15 shall go to the General Fund of the town.
