§ 91.02 BURNING OF LEAVES.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to burn any leaves within the corporate limits of the town between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to burn any leaves in the streets of the town.
