§ 90.22 RESTRICTIONS ON HARBORING DOGS AND CATS.
   On or about any lot, premises, dwelling, building, structure, or property of any kind, it shall be unlawful for any person to harbor or keep more than four dogs or cats or any combination thereof, of which no more than one may be non-spayed or non-neutered, over the age of four months, and no more than two of the four dogs or cats shall be housed outside of the dwelling unit or structure located on any lot or property of any kind. The foregoing restrictions shall not apply for a person who has obtained the approval of the majority of the members of the Town Board for a foster care license to keep more than four dogs or cats. Such person shall file a petition with the Town Board in the form prescribed by the town and a vote of the members upon such petition shall be taken at the next regularly scheduled Town Board meeting.
