§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   A person violating § 90.05, upon conviction, shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $35.50. (Ord. 418, passed - - ; Am. Ord. 660, passed 10-7-20)
   (C)   Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of §§ 90.15 through 90.21 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $50 for the first violation, and not less than $50 nor more than $100 for any additional violations. The court in its discretion, however, upon the conviction of any person violating §§ 90.19 or 90.20 may order any such vicious or fierce dog or any dog causing any annoyance, as described in § 90.20, turned over to the Humane Commission, to be disposed of by the Commission, or he may order any such vicious or fierce dog which has attacked any person to be killed by the Commission. However, before the Commission shall dispose of any dog by killing, it shall first make a report to the court in which the cause is pending, and the court may, upon receiving such report, order the dog killed by the Commission. Before any such vicious or fierce animal which has attacked any person shall be killed, it shall be kept by the Commission for a period of time under observation, all as provided for by the rules and regulations of the Commission.
