(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate the terms or conditions of §§ 50.01 to 50.08 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 and/or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both. Each day that a violation continues after notice of the violation has been served shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
(D) (1) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.40 to 50.47 shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction thereof before a District Magistrate of the county, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, together with the costs of prosecution or to undergo imprisonment in the Lycoming County jail for a period of not more than 30 days. Every violator of the provisions of §§ 50.40 to 50.47 shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day such violation shall continue and shall be subject to the penalty imposed by this section for each and every such separate offense.
(2) In addition to the foregoing penalty, the township may require the owner or occupier to a property to remove any accumulation of solid waste or junked or abandoned motor vehicle, and should said person fail to remove the same within ten days after written notice, the township may cause the same to be done and collect the costs thereof together with a penalty of 10% of such costs in the manner provided by law for the collection of municipal claims or by action in assumpsit or may seek relief by bill in equity.
(2) In addition to the suspension of the right for an individual or a business to use the Township Recycling and Compost Center as outlined in the rules and regulations, any person who violates or permits the violation any of the provisions of §§ 50.60 to 50.64 shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be punished by a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $1,000, and/or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days. Each day that a violation continues or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. Each section of this subchapter that is violated shall also constitute a separate offense.
