§ 50.64 ACCEPTANCE OF COMPOST FROM PERSONS RESIDING IN THE TOWNSHIP, GENERALLY.
   (A)   Compost materials from residential dwellings shall be accepted by the Township Recycling and Compost Center from residents of the township who have obtained a key card from the township, including paying all required fees for same. The township will allow residents with key cards to dropoff approved compost materials at the Recycling and Compost Center site at such times, dates and places and in such manner as may be established by the rules and regulations. Materials allowed for compost are: tree trimmings, leaf waste, Christmas trees, brush, and tree trunks/logs as authorized by the township under its rules and regulations. Grass clippings and weeds shall not be accepted. Key card holders shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations as well as all instructions at the Recycling and Compost Center.
   (B)   The compost material shall be placed at the appropriate locations for the specific compost materials at the Recycling and Compost Center. Any misuse or destruction of the Recycling and Compost Center shall subject the person responsible to a penalty as hereinafter set forth.
   (C)   The Township Recycling and Compost Center will accept compost materials from individual residents of the township and will only accept compost materials from commercial establishments if authorized under the rules and regulations.
