§ 50.63 ACCEPTANCE OF RECYCLABLES FROM RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS, GENERALLY.
   (A)   Recyclable materials from residential dwellings shall be accepted by the Township Recycling and Compost Center from residents of the township who have obtained a key card from the township, including paying all required fees for same. The township will allow residents with key cards to dropoff recyclables at the Recycling and Compost Center site at such times, dates and places and in such manner as may be established by the rules and regulations. Materials allowed to be recycled are: aluminum cans, corrugated paper (cardboard), ferrous containers (tin cans), glass containers, office paper, magazines and periodicals, newspapers and plastic containers, as herein defined, or other recyclable materials as designated by township under its rules and regulations. Key card holders shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations, as well as all instructions at the Recycling and Compost Center.
   (B)   The recyclable material shall be placed in the appropriate containers for the specific recyclable materials that will be provided at the Recycling and Compost Center. Any misuse or destruction of such containers shall subject the person responsible to a penalty as hereinafter set forth.
   (C)   The Township Recycling and Compost Center will accept recyclable materials from individual residents of the township and will only accept recyclable materials from commercial establishments if authorized under the rules and regulations.
