(A) No person owning or having control of any junked motor vehicle or motor vehicle accessories, which may create a public nuisance, shall store, or permit to remain, any such vehicle or accessories in unsheltered storage anywhere in the township for a period of more than 30 days.
(B) No person owning or leasing any private property in the township shall store, or permit to remain, any junked motor vehicle or motor vehicle accessories on the owned or leased property for more than 30 days. No person shall, after notification to remove any junked motor vehicle or motor vehicle accessories constituting a public nuisance hereunder, move such vehicle or accessories to any other property upon which such storage is prohibited.
