(A) Users operating a pretreatment facility which discharges effluent to the city's POTW and generates a sludge which contains hazardous toxicants or other contaminants regulated by this chapter shall maintain records of:
(1) The quantity and composition of sludge;
(2) The scavenger or hauler; and
(3) The ultimate disposal location.
(B) Such records shall be maintained as monitoring pursuant to § 52.071 and shall be available to city for inspection upon request.
