(A) When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than the times specified within the district or upon any of the streets described in Ch. 76, Sch. II. Violations of the provisions of this subchapter shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) The moving or changing of positions of a parked vehicle from one parking space to another parking space in the same block or off-street parking lot is deemed one continuous parking period for the purpose of determining overtime parking violations.
