§ 52.052 PERMITS TO DISCHARGERS IN OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES’ SEWERAGE SYSTEMS.

The authority of the POTW Director to issue permits and to administer all other provisions of this chapter shall extend to all industrial users, who discharge to the city's POTW, including those users who may discharge through the sewage system of another governmental agency.
