§ 54.05 POLLUTION PROHIBITED.

No person shall pollute the waters of the lake or adjacent shore with any sewage, garbage, rubbish, or waste of any kind, nor shall any gasoline, oil, or lubricants be used in such a manner as to cause pollution, nor shall any person violate the North Carolina Watershed Regulations governing the pollution of a public water supply.
