§ 54.02 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF WATERSHED REGULATIONS OF NORTH CAROLINA DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH.

There are hereby incorporated in this chapter all the watershed regulations of the North Carolina Division of Environmental Health, and such regulations are expressly made a part of this chapter to the same extent as if copies herein in detail.
