§ 54.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
   CITY LAKES. The area consisting of the impounding water basins established by the city for the purpose of providing a municipal water supply for the city together with the lands located within the riparian boundaries of the city lakes within the watershed of each lake.
