Any member of the Historic Preservation Commission who misses more than three consecutive regular meetings or one-half the regular meetings in a calendar year without excuse granted by the Historic Preservation Commission shall lose his or her status as a member of the Historic Preservation Commission and shall be replaced or reappointed by the appropriate governing Board or Council to § 152.010 and § 152.012 of this ordinance.
