§ 52.040 PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this chapter to provide for the recovery of costs from users of the city's wastewater disposal system for the implementation of the program established herein. The applicable charges or fees shall be set forth in Appendix A of this chapter, on file in the office of the City Clerk.
