(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating the terms of § 70.01 commits a class C infraction as defined by state law, I.C. 34-28-5-4, as amended.

(F) Any person violating the terms of § 70.06 commits a class D infraction as defined by state law, I.C. 34-28-5-4, as amended, punishable by a fine of up to $25. For each violation of § 70.06, the Town Marshal may impound the bicycle, skateboard, roller skates or roller blades for a period not exceeding 30 days when the Town Marshal reasonably believes the person’s operation of the bicycle, skateboard, roller skates or roller blades constitutes a threat to himself, herself or any other person.
