§ 70.05 NOISE AND ABANDONMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle, while on or adjacent to a private parking area or drive-in restaurant, to race the engine of his or her motor vehicle, or to make or cause to be made any loud or offensive noise of any and all kinds whatsoever, to blow or cause to be blown the horn of the motor vehicle for any purpose other than those specifically authorized by state law, I.C. 9-19-5-1 et seq., as amended.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to leave the same unoccupied upon the premises of a private parking area or drive-in restaurant, except with the knowledge and consent of the owner or rightful occupier of the premises.
