§ 70.01 CONTROL AND REGULATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, operating a motor vehicle in the town, to fail to bring the motor vehicle to a complete stop at any intersection designated as a stop intersection by the placement of a stop sign or automatic traffic signal, as defined by state law, I.C. 9-21-3-1 et seq., as amended.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person operating a motor vehicle in the town to fail to yield the right-of-way to other motor vehicles at any intersection designated as a yield intersection by the placement of a yield sign, as defined by state law, I.C. 9-21-4-19, as amended.
   (C)   All stop signs and yield signs now in place in the town are now declared to be lawfully in place.
