§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person violating the terms of § 150.01 commits a class C infraction as defined by state law, I.C. 34-28-5-4, as amended.

   (C)   Any person violating the terms of § 150.03, after receiving notice by the town, commits a class A infraction as defined by state law, I.C. 34-28-5-4, as amended.

   (D)   Any person violating the terms of § 151.06 commits a Class C infraction, as defined by state law, I.C. 34-28-5-4, as amended. Each day a person is in violation shall constitute a separate violation.
