§ 150.03 NUMBERING OF STRUCTURES ADJACENT TO STREETS.
   (A)   All houses, buildings and structures in the town shall be numbered in accordance with the following plan.
      (1)   Numbers shall reflect the official address recognized by the town and the 911 emergency system.
      (2)   The owner shall be responsible for placing the numbers on the house, building or structure, which numbers shall be a minimum of three inches in height and shall contrast with the background upon which they are placed.
      (3)   If the house, building or structure is more than 75 feet from the street, then the number shall be attached to a fixture near the street.
      (4)   Residential numbers may be attached to a rural mailbox post; provided, the post is on the same side of the street as the property and only one mailbox is present.
      (5)   If the building or structure is a business, the number must be affixed to the building in a clearly visible location.
      (6)   Each unit of a multi-family dwelling shall be addressed separately.
   (B)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a chart or log showing the proper street number of every house, building or structure in the town.
